JSC Caucasus Automotive Retail (CAR) is an authorised dealer of Ssang Yong SUVs in Georgia and Armenia and a selling agent of Daihatsu and Subaru cars and SUVs in Georgia, operating since 2006. The company pursues two business lines: car and SUV dealership/distribution and car and SUV service, operating under Pit-Stop LLC, a 100% owned subsidiary.

The company owns approximately 4,800 m² land plot on the Tbilisi airport highway with approximately 2,500 m² light construction, which house the showrooms and one of the largest and best equipped service centres in Georgia, with full range of modern equipment and professional staff, catering to retail and institutional clients. Apart from these, the premises also include a diagnostic centre and repair service for most vehicles, spare parts store and a warehouse.

LC acquired a 30% equity interest in the company in May 2008. Together with the CAR management LC intends to work with the leading car manufacturers to further diversify the brand portfolio and achieve the main goal of receiving authorised distribution/dealership status of several brands in the Caucasus in order to satisfy the growing demand for new car retail sales, which is believed to continue in the medium term.
