GC Holdings is a subsidiary of JSC Bank of Georgia, which consolidates payments-related assets. The company owns a 56% equity interest in Georgian Card, the leading card processing company in Georgia and a 51% equity interest in Nova Technologies, a payment terminals operator.

In mid 2008 LC contributed a 100% equity interest in Direct Debit Georgia LLC (“DDG”), the operator of iPay.ge recurring consumer payments service, to GC Holdings and following the transaction LC owns an 8% equity interest in the latter. Within GC Holdings DDG is expected to coordinate its activities with Nova Technologies, offering joint products to their customers. DDG operates iPay.ge multi-channel bill payment system through Internet, proprietary POS teminals, Bank of Georgia ATMs and dedicated terminals.
