iCall was established by Israeli entrepreneurs in 2005 and is the sole call and contact centre outsourcing provider in Georgia. iCall offers the outsourcing of customer service, marketing researches and surveys, telemarketing, sales, technical/non-technical support or any other specific business activity and provides for both Business to Customer and Business to Business interaction.

iCall won the contest for servicing contact centre operation for the December 2007 - April 2008 Presidential employment programme as well as contact centre operation for the May 2008 parliamentary elections in Georgia. The company operates a modern infrastructure of 30 workstations and an extensive segmented database of corporate and retail clients renewed on a daily basis.

LC owns a 27% equity interest in iCall, acquired in 2006.
