JSC InfoGeorgia XXI is the operator of the popular "09" phone information service in Tbilisi. In 2008 the company started offering similar service in Kutaisi and other cities in Georgia. The company employs over 180 employees, including 130 operators.

The company handles on average 350,000 customer calls per month and has direct contracts with most corporations in Georgia. On the household market InfoGeorgia XXI operates through telecom operators on a revenue-sharing basis.

InfoGeorgia XXI has a proprietary software and boasts the most up-to-date database in Georgia by means of:

• regular information flow from various sources, e.g. telecoms operators, police, etc.
• information verification from eight full-time dedicated employees and 12 free-lance contractors
• regular information integrity cross-checking by 12 controllers

The company holds a fixed-line operator license with approximately 10,000 numbers in Tbilisi, providing telephony service to 3 corporate clients so far, and is the factual owner of the "0" prefix and the associated switch, providing connection from telecom operators to emergency services.
