In 2008 Holiday Travel, Intertour’s 100% owned subsidiary, became the General Sales Agent (GSA) of Vilnius-based flyLAL, the Lithuanian national carrier, in
Georgia .
In September 2006, the company has acquired a 100% equity interest in Holiday Travel, a boutique travel agency, which allowed Intertour to broaden its client base. Intertour sold over 21,000 air tickets and 3,000 tour packages in 2007.
Currently, LC owns an 84% equity interest in Intertour. After acquiring the company in 2006, LC transformed the business from a four-branch ticketing only agency to a diversified travel services provider, elaborated the growth strategy and performed rebranding of Intertour.
