m|group is the leading HoReCa management company in Georgia and manages 11 restaurants and cafes in Tbilisi and Batumi, two hotels in the popular ski resort of Bakuriani and Teliani Guest House located at the Teliani Valley winery in Telavi. In addition, the company operates a catering service, offering traditional Georgian cuisine along with European and Asian dining.
LC became the owner of a 33% equity interest in m|group in mid 2008. The company intends to capitalize on m|group’s excellent expertise in managing restaurants of various formats and direct investments in the latter for purchasing assets in order to continue opening new restaurants and develop Maspindzelo and Sakhachapure casual dining chains.
