SB Outdoor and Indoor (SBOI) was established in July 2006 and is fully owned by LC. The company signed a 10-year agreement with JSC Bank of Georgia and has been granted an exclusive right to install and operate flatscreen displays in high-traffic areas inside Bank’s branches and windows. Presently, SBOI operates 98 flatscreen monitors in BOG branches. Apart from that, 6 monitors are installed in Orange Cabs and 3 monitors are installed in My Family Clinic. SBOI is targeting to install devices in every new clinic. In late 2008 the company completed installation of a 30-monitor network in GPC pharmacy stores in Tbilisi.

SBOI owns a 28% equity interest in JSC Matsne+, an exclusive bus shelter operator in Batumi and 32% equity interest in Style+ LLC, the sole operator of on-bus advertising on the Tbilisi municipal buses.
